How I Started:
I was always skinny/"average". It has always been an issue to gain and keep muscle mass. I try bulking up, but definition becomes impossible. I have been trying to bulk up and gain definition. I always wanted to have the perfect 6 pack and perfect chest, biceps, triceps and shoulders. Not to forget legs.
Why I Love It:
It increases my self esteem, confidence, makes me feel happier/better.
How I Stay Motivated:
Thinking that I need to get to where my dream body is like. I know I started out very late, I always played tennis, loved swimming and running. But I did NOT start working out/lifting seriously till a few years earlier. Even then nutrition and understanding my body were things I did not understand well.
Looking at success stories on here or other sites, helps me get and stay motivated.
