Starting Cut More Just Me
I had been bulking and we (south africa) had just come out of winter.
A bit more muscle less fat. Only Spring. Hopefully by the time summer rolls around...

I have always struggled to get rid of that last little bit of midsection fat. Definitely have abs and they are under there. But I can just never get rid of that last 1% or 2%. One of my friends got a book about what you should eat for your blood type. I am A+ and they told me that i should stay...

Thank you! It's sad that most women are disillusioned that way. It takes WORK and a proper diet to get muscular as a woman, and a little "extra" to get Hulk Huge, and that is NOT attractive. Hope you and your wife can lift together some time ^_^

Hey Brett, it took us about 2 hours total to get through it all. Most of the time though is spent setting up the weights for the rotation first then we each went through everything and rested while the other goes through it. If you have a partner who lifts about the same as you it goes quicker if one follows right behind the other.
