I finally actually got around to putting up some progress pics. It is the first month of Spring so I have at least another two months before I need to be beach ready and I think I will be looking at these latest pics.
I think the next area I need to work on his shoulders. More shoulders plz...
Monday Morning
25 Minutes HIIT cardio on bike/elliptical trainer.
4 x (5-7) Barbell incline bench
4 x (10-12) High Cable Cross overs
4 x (10-12) Low Cable Cross overs
4 x (10-12) Dumbell Flys
4 x (10-12) Dumbell Pullovers
(Wish my gym had a decline bench)
Thank you! It's sad that most women are disillusioned that way. It takes WORK and a proper diet to get muscular as a woman, and a little "extra" to get Hulk Huge, and that is NOT attractive. Hope you and your wife can lift together some time ^_^
Hey Brett, it took us about 2 hours total to get through it all. Most of the time though is spent setting up the weights for the rotation first then we each went through everything and rested while the other goes through it. If you have a partner who lifts about the same as you it goes quicker if one follows right behind the other.
