Goal (Long):
Several years ago I was a thin guy. I used to go to run daily. After being two years traveling around the world for business affairs, my body type has changed and now I feel fat. I'd like to lose weight (fat) and maintain a healthy lifestyle, practicing sport regularly, while I'm abroad. As it is quite difficult to follow a daily workout routine when travelling so often.
