My brother said I should loose some weight, so I did... from 130kg to 89kg and then I had to get some mass and muscles so I started bodybuilding...

What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
I get energized and motivated by just thinking of the results I will get from doing it, I plan every move in the gym in advance and it makes me happy to just finally go there!
How has bodybuilding and fitness helped and/or changed your family life?
It has made me a much more active person. Now I love to just be outside, and be under people.
