How I Started:
I have always worked at gyms. I was always interested in working out but sometime found myself intimidated by gyms themselves. When I began working at the gym I work out now, I bought training sessions with a personal trainer at the gym and now I work out 3-4 times a week.
Why I Love It:
I love it because it clears my mind.
How I Stay Motivated:
I treat working out as a release of all the stresses of daily life that I face.

arite so this is my first time doing one of these..i'm training for a figure competition on may 31st (sorry i have yet to upload current photos)..i have been training for this for almost 2 months now and i really see a huge improvement..i am eating 5 meals a day every 2-3 hours consisting of...

everyday i am doing an hour of cardio in the morning on an empty stomach..
and im altenating each day with abs & calves/abductors/adductors
