How I Started:
I have always worked at gyms. I was always interested in working out but sometime found myself intimidated by gyms themselves. When I began working at the gym I work out now, I bought training sessions with a personal trainer at the gym and now I work out 3-4 times a week.
Why I Love It:
I love it because it clears my mind.
How I Stay Motivated:
I treat working out as a release of all the stresses of daily life that I face.
