When I Started: Sep, 2006
How I Started: hey guys i got started in serious body building aaround september i use to go hear and there but now its a full time job coz i want to compete and every night wen i come home from work i have something small to bite on n then im off to the gym then wen i get home i have to cook my dinner at the time and also cook my smoko n luch for the next day :)
Why I Love It: i love body building coz its a great sport... i like to work out and feel good and nutritionally it also helps coz you are what u eat..
How I Stay Motivated: its routine now the things that kept me going is looking at everyone else because i was alwayz smaller than everyone else in high school
BB Accomplishments: i havent had any as yet but i will keep you updated as i am going to enter a comp next year wish me luck :)

I got serious about my diet and doin cardio 8 weeks out ....but when I was bulking up I was eattin clean...the reason I started my diet 8 weeks out becuz I didn't want to loose too much weight...Let see u compete in march...march what???
