hey, i have question. since i just started, and i see u started not too long ago and ur in shape already. Im getting there but i want to shred, and drop some bodyfat. Any meals suggestion pls?

hahah nah man, the scale i used was fcked up and read me wrong.im about 160, im training harder. stil stuck on the abs n someone told me to get my body fat to about 15% b4 i start abs.

im actually bulking great, as u can tell its only been few months i started. I love my bicpes jst the abs is ****ty lol.it flat but i want the 6 packs
