Hah, I know what you mean.
You should come up to coffee's gym in marietta at about 6:30. _sword and mrlongisland1 are supposed to be meeting me over there. what to train? I have no idea.
The answer to getting shredded and losing whatever flab you might have on your stomach are two words people usually don't want to hear. These are "diet" and "cardio".
Making dietary lifestyle changes in general might help but that really all depends on genetics and activity level overall. The cardio, well, thats just another form of increasing physical activity.
Hah, I hope that helps.
You have to lower your body fat percentage in order to see your muscle definition. What are you currently eating on a day to day basis?? Write down everything single thing that you eat for the next week and get back to me. I'm gonna help you on your way. Take care and Jah bless

Yes sir it has been a little bit since we've talked. Well doing crunches and ab work means that you definitely have good abs they are just hidden under body fat. You can't just shed fat off of your stomach it's a whole body thing.
Man, you say you in marietta. Hah, what gym you go to over there?
I lived over there last year and wish I could have enjoyed it more but alas. I should get up with you for a training day one of these days. We'll have to see on the scheduling though.
Well, considering I started off at about 125 I'd say do a basic 3-day split. However, you're tall so I don't necessarily know how well that'll work for you.
Bummer, I know.
What'd you start off with and what have you been doing?
He he, man, its been a few years. About 5 or 6. Depends on which time period you want to define as serious and which one is just doing stuff. That eating thing even plagues me to this day.
Adding size. Man, you're tall so its even harder for you but entirely possible. What part of GA you in?
