How I Started:
I was tired of being lazy and sleeping in all the time. I held on to a free month pass to Powerhouse gym for a whole year. Well I decided to use the pass before it expired and got addicted to working out and seeing the changes in my lifestyle.
Why I Love It:
I thrive off of seeing the positive changes in my physique. It's also a big challenge for me to try and stay fit full time.
How I Stay Motivated:
I have two gym partners that get upset if I don't show up.
BB Accomplishments:
Bench pressing 315lb within 6 months of when I started working out.
