Started clean eating with Tosca Reno's books and liked the results that just changing my eating habits gave me.
Decided to add in cardio and after 6 months of that started lifting weights.
Why I Love It:
I love how strong I feel after a good workout - I love the lift it gives my mood and I never want to go back to feeling how I did before I discovered this.
How I Stay Motivated:
When I get bored I take the work out out doors - try new things, and try to make it fun.
Lose the fat, tone the muscle, train insane because I don't want to remain the same!
Goal (Long):
Drop weight to 160 lbs.
Drop the body fat to 24 - 28% and I am trying to learn new different things to eat (that are clean) so I don't get bored.
Work out with weights 4 days a week and double up two of those days with cardio (spin class. One day off and one day only cardio.
