How I Started:
I started working out for Sports. My main sport has always been football, but i also wrestled and played basketball for a couple of years. I lifted for strength and power until the end of 2005. Once my college football career ended i started to bodybuild more. In the past few months i have really stepped my diet up a notch, and i have been seeing great results. Taking it easy on the beer!
Why I Love It:
I enjoy eveything about working out. The atmosphere, the challenges,and of course the results.
