I started a month ago following the exercises which BB recommends using only my bodyweight when nobody is at home, because my parents don't let me go to a gym! I think that in a gym you can see faster results than training at home!
Thanks for accepting! Great progress and results of your training just for having 18! Specially chest, biceps, shoulders and ABS! What envy! Keep training as before and I hope you will be able to reach all your goals! How is going your training?
