When I Started:
Sep, 2006
How I Started:
I got started when one day I looked down in the mirrior and my stomach looked like a little ball. I had no ab definition and I remember having abs previously. Soooo pretty much to much going out and drinking and eating crap took a toll on me in no time. So I knew I needed to make a change and that's what all got me me started September of 2006.
Why I Love It:
I just love the feeling of being in shape and also helping out other people. It's amazing the changes that you can make on your body in such a short period of time. Plus being the size that I am ( not a huge guy with large muscle mass ) but I can pretty much lift the same if not close to what guys that are 2-3 times the size of me can lift or have struggles with.
How I Stay Motivated:
I set goals and keep track of progress pictures so I'll know what things are working and whats not working and where I see the growth happening at.
BB Accomplishments:
I'd say my major accomplishments would just be being able to transform my body in such a short period of time from the progress pictures.

This was taken right when I started working out. My weight was at 164lbs with a much higher BF%.

Goal (Long):
My main goal since the day I started was to attempt to bulk up ONLY on muscle mass while maintaining the fat % to stay pretty low or un-noticable. I think I've done a good job being I started at 160lbs and got my weight all the way up to 180lbs and right now I'm currently sitting around 175lbs with 8-9% BF.
My goal is to get as far as I can with minimum to no supplements if possible. Kinda makes you feel better knowing you don’t need all the extra stuff to lose/gain/tone up. In the beginning I was taking mens multivitamins just to get the good stuff back into my body that I wasn’t getting from...
