lachina419 Hey,first off, thk u vry mch.My recent pic (with nwspaper)I'm not too thrilled about)..I'm challenging myself to another 12-wk w/out.I haven't been doing much cardio at all. I think, I may not be consuming enough of (the right) carbs. I don't mind the leaness on my stomach, but yesterday I added lots more weight to my leg workout. I really want to gain more mass on them-and glutes-of course :D Feb 1, 2012 7:43am

lachina419 Hey!! All is good, thank u...I'm still tryin to kick my ass into shape. I've noticed I lost about 9lbs, but I really would like to gain more muscle. I'm looking too skinny LOL..I'm taking my whey protein after workouts, BCAA's, multi-vit, casein at night, and just boought some creatine capsuls...don't know what else to do??! ...OK will def look u up on FB...good Luck!!
