I borrowed Mr. Aries' idea on 3 on, 1 off. It's actually quite similar.
Since I'm on a CKD, I can't follow it exactly, but I make it pretty close.
I do 4-6 excercises and 3-4 sets of 8-10 reps per body part group. Plus sign (+) below denotes an additional body part group so X + Y = 2 x (4-6), X + Y + Z = 3 x (4-6). Rest is 30 seconds or so, 60 seconds MAX.
Sun - Chest + Back
Mon - Legs
Tue - Shoulders + Biceps + Triceps
Wed - Semi-Off Day: Traps + Abs and Cardio
Thu - Chest + Back
Fri - Shoulders + Traps + Biceps + Triceps and 4 sets of squats (depletion workout).
Sat - OFF (complete off day)
+ 3-4 sessions of cardio and 2-3 sessions of abs a week in the mornings usually.
Carbup beings post Friday workout. Ends Saturday Night. Keto resumes Sunday morning. |
