When I Started:
How I Started: I'm in Afghanistan, what else is there to do? ;) I had time on my hands and wanted to do something to improve myself. I started with cardio, then weights and then diet.
Why I Love It: I do enjoy how I feel after a good workout. I usually feel very alive. It's great!
How I Stay Motivated: Passing a mirror and seeing the changes that have taken place. Pulling my pants on and finding how loose they are. Not having to untuck my shirt a bit so it hides my gut!
