I do enjoy how I feel after a good workout. I usually feel very alive. It's great!
How I Stay Motivated:
Passing a mirror and seeing the changes that have taken place. Pulling my pants on and finding how loose they are. Not having to untuck my shirt a bit so it hides my gut!
