How I Started:
Been working out for at least the past 10 years but have going through the motions for over a year now. Recently decided to improve my diet, try out some supplements and seriously challenge myself in the gym. Here's hoping the grass is greener on the other side, haha.
Why I Love It:
My workout is like my meditation for the day. Also, love to see how I can challenge myself with a new exercise, or one that I had forgotten about.
How I Stay Motivated:
Motivated by others who have transformed their bodies into lean, mean machines.
Def. an energy boost, it says not to take it a certain number of hours before bedtime. Night is the only time I can squeeze in my workouts...def caused some sleepless nights.
That's what I was wondering, I've taken superpump before and liked the results. Great energy for a workout, thought about taking capsules but I didn't know if I would like it. Keep up the good work
Looking pretty solid man. Good muscle mass and definition. Looks like you are making some progress. I myself am trying to get back in shape after about 6 months of no working out and eating everything. Great to see some one close to my age making some great changes to their physique.
It tastes better. It has more fat and carbs but it burns easily cause they are the types of fats and carbs that give you energy. They ON whey has more protein per scoop so I guess it isn't that bad.
Just keep training man. Everything will work out for you. I am getting my body to a point where I can compete. Hopefully I'll be there soon. I just got some of that 100% Whey Gold Standard in today and I have to say that it doesn't have anything on Musclemilk. Lol.
Yeah.....I can not work out without the N.O. Explode. Lol. I do not see any SIGNIFICANT changes but it helps me to recover after a hard workout. How long have you been training man?
