1993 caught changing after a pool party. 5'6" 155# Somebody feed me. Please!!!
176lb, just finished "V-bar" tricep pushdowns with the whole stack (200lbs) for 10 reps. Oh Yeah!!!! Thanks to Lenny who held my butt to the floor - actually holding on to my shoulders.

My arms have a great sweep in the triceps. Thick but the cut is not there yet.

After starting a new job and then contracting Lymes Disease. I am starting all over again. Lost a lot of muscle and size. Approx 169 pounds and 17% bf. Strength is coming back and the muscle spasms, chills, fever and nausea are finally gone.
