Ive alaway's worked out, but not as serious as now
Why I Love It:
I never use to like it. It wasn't until my job sort of made me stay in shape. When I work out I feel much better. My confidence has always sky rocketed when I lift.
How I Stay Motivated:
My family (we all work out) it makes it easier.
The main reason, I could never grow before no matter how much I tried (endless supplements & money) nothing worked.
However reaching the age of Thirty, and being married to wonderful woman & cook made me grow & Grow!!! I noticed that while lifting my body started to change, and wow It felt great.
My wife started to make comments about me, and I liked it. I knew that I was the reason my body was changing, and wanted to see what I could do with it.
Now Im like a crazy man, I want to train hard for 8 more months and then enter my first body building building show. I love reading other forums/goals of people my age that have the same will power.
To all you youngsters We may be older, but we aint dead yet. Remember you guys are going to get older to but its only a number..

None at this time . Id like to train for a Competition. I know I have a lot of training to do but anything is possible!

This is my strong point (I love working shoulders and back
Im going to incorporate 30 minutes of cardio a day, after my lifting session. Ive decided to work my abs 3-4 days a week. I've always hated cardio, due to having asthma. The one thing about working out, its helped me control the side effects.
I just started taking them march 1st. I don't really feel a lot of energy from either one, but i have increased my weight on all my exercises. The one thing i don't like is the SizeOn makes your muscles feel kinda numb, like you don't know if you got a good workout or not. I'm probly gonna try No-Xplode in April when they run out.
