Main Goal: Other
Goal (Short): I want to lose weight through increased activity and proper eating habits.
Goal (Long): To become more active physically and socially. Feb. 5: I did it!! This week I got out of bed and joined two gyms (Bally's and Gold's.) After 2 failures at the nutrisystem diet, I suddenly saw the light. It won't work without the gym. (I gave exercise up about 4 years ago.) So, if you see this grey-headed, round guy in dark clothes and white sneakers...please come over and say, "Hello! UncleJohnny!"
