I started in 2001 then in 2004 didn't watch what I ate and didn't exercise at all.So I was up to 314lbs.Needless to say I wasn't happy with my self. I needed something diffrent,I made some progress when I first began training but had sloppy form and little to no intensity.This has all changed This year I will compete @ New Brunswick Bodybuilding Championship in Nov. Time to do some work.
