November-December 2006: 4x10 reps of any muscle with explosive movement when pushing (or pulling) and controlled slow movements back down (ex: Bench press would be push as strong as possible and go back down in 5 seconds.. this gave me some gains in strength and extra body volume).
January 2007: a 5x6 rep program where both movements are fluid and fast, mainly to gain mass and strength. Combined with some No-xplode, I should hopefully be able to notice some interresting gains |
