Rehab after surgery. Had cancer on my knee. 75% of my knee was gone from the cancer. Now, 75% of my knee is bone cement and I have been cancer freee since October of 1994. I gained weight from being bed ridden for 4 months. Going to rehab for 4 months helped me get motivated again and shortly after that,I slowly started to take off the extra weight.
Why I Love It:
Transforming my body to make me a better person spiritually.
How I Stay Motivated:
YOU GUYS/GIRLS HERE...SEEING YOUR PROGRESS AND PICS. Other people involved in the fitness/bodybuilding industry. Seeing the changes in the mirror and on the scale. Staying motivated has helped also with the diet yo-yo...lose weight, gain it back plus a few more lbs.
I have lost most of my desired weight. Now it is the last of my desired goal that is taking longer!!
Goal (Long):
To lose the rest of the undesired body fat and start to transform my body. My goal is to tone up and add good solid muscle. The profiles on here help me to keep on track and hit the gym while following a good and healthy diet.
