npc card is what you need to compete in that branch of shows, its stupid that you have to have it, pretty much just a way to make money. I dont know exactly how to figure out what shows are where, i think you can go on bb.com and type in your area and where the shows are. there are a few that are in november, i dont know when you plan on doing a show.
welll... u have to choose a show pretty much, you just need to learn when the dates are. are u natural? I did the vancouver natural this last spring and its annual and its a pretty good show to start with. you have the shape for competing for sure, broad shoulders, small waste. but pretty much you just have to sign up for it, its expensive for the npc card as well as entering ths hows, but its deff worth it! i'm doing the emerald cup next spring.
I started competing at 35, So do you still think you are to old to compete? Train hard and good luck. I wish I had your genetics at your age. Keep going and stay natural.
