My goal is to gain knowledge as well as muscle to live a healthy life.
Goal (Long):
I've always loved the feel and burn of working out. But everyday life gets in the way. I want to weigh in the low 180's with 6% bodyfat and bench at least 300lbs. for 3x6. which means I need to concentrate more on strength training.
I can't settle for just for a body change-over. The more I read about other people accomplishments, it just drives something in me to go all out and out do them.
By competeing in the Arnold Classic, not winning just finishing, that would set the bar for next year's event which could land me in good company in terms of better job opportunities and overall example to others as to what a healthy lifestyle look like with all the perks.
What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
I think about any future competitons I may want to enter and what my competitors fitness levels may be.

Beef would be family packs of eye of round steaks. Turkey ham, grits 3 whole eggs and a biscuit for breakfast. As much water as I can drink.I'm following a protein diet that consist of "plenty" of bone/skinless chicken breast with boiled potatos or instant. What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
Darrem Charles' shoulders. The definition and symetry is what I'm looking for
This is a Full-Body Workout I'm presently using for size and strength since it is intended to be used with heavier weights and works each body part large and small. There is a short 60 sec rest period between each set that keeps your heart pump like a cardio effect. On the average, it takes...
Well thank you! I did have a very nice holiday. I love any reason to celebrate with friends and family! I sure hope you had a good time as well. I just got back from the gym...chest/back day. It was GREAT!
Thank You! Happy Thanks Giving to you as well. How is your training going? This is a tough time if you have family close by. It seems like I end up going to 3 or four different houses.
Well hang in there. Just stay with the workout so that it's not a chore to get back up an going and then u will be on point when you get back to clean eating. Dig deeper to stay on track that's what I have to do.
