How I Started:
My brother got a weider weight bench with a leg extension & leg curl attachment to workout for track when I was 11 or 12. I started working out with him & training for sports. Eventually I started to like the preseason workouts more than the sports themselves!
Why I Love It:
It improves you both mentally and physically!
How I Stay Motivated:
At this point, the mental/ psychological benefits that come from physical workouts keep me driven. I just feel much better overall to keep training!
