How I Started:
I used to workout everyday when I was younger. I had kids, got a job, got married and never found time for it. I decided I was going to make time for it again.
Why I Love It:
I get to burn off some energy and aggression. It gives me some time to myself and helps me keep my sanity.

Thanks for the add Shawn. Just like you said, its amazing how quick we get out of shape. I never knew I'd let myself get into such bad shape and its still an everyday challenge for me. Thats just how I look at it...if I screw up one day just start back on the right foot the next and it does get easier over time. I'm just back into it by a couple of months. Good luck on your progress man.

Basement works best for me, more temp controlled than the garage. I added a pullup bar a few weeks ago just to mix it up a little.
