the #4 is a beast. I have got it down to about 1/6'' of an inch. Good luck with your grippers.

As for my grip training, i am working my way to the #4. I cna close the #3 both hands easily now.

get the trainer the #1 and the #2 from www.ironmind.com and have fun! You'll probably be able to close the trainer and get the #1 near. Do holds and negatives with the #1 etc... also signing up at the gripboard will help loads of info there bro!

Be careful with the eagle loops deads, work up slowly and do them maximum once a week. I injured my flexor tendon doing middle fingers deadlifts with 180kg. Nice work on the #2.

hey mate yeah i tried the inch bell, got it off the floor! It's very hard, less than 30 people have lifted it worldwide. How is your training going?

no, it is me doing timed holds with the millennium dumbell (handle same size as the inch only it weighs 103kg). Bear in mind i cannot lift it straight from the floor but i can hold it at the top because the rotation is prevented by my thighs. I have not tried the inch, but the inch bell i have ordered should be with me in less than 2 weeks.

Hey man. Big back dude. yep i have done 2 strongman shows. I would say my best lift is a 270lb overhead press!

Hey bro they are hard that's for sure. Sign up at the gripboard, it has a lot of useful grip articles. I an't really make you a routine because everyone's different. I would advise you just to keep crushing that #1 though and also to close it with 2 hands then try and hold it closed with 1!

Hey bud, deadlifts i have never been any good at, my grip can hold TWICE what i cna pull from the floor. Shrugs i am quite strong at though and have never needed or even considered straps. I hope your training is going well.
