I want my body to be bigger, more proportional, and defined.
Goal (Long):
Being of asian descent and small bone structure, I have found it very difficult to put on weight, much less maintain my weight. Should I stop lifting weights and eating as much as I do, my body weight naturally drops to around 160 lbs. Over the past few years, I have usually weighed between 175 to 180 lbs. So for me, 200 lbs has always been that elusive weight goal of mine for many years. I have been close (194 lbs), but I felt bloated and was not defined. The biggest struggle for me seems to be maintaining a healthy diet with enough caloric intake and staying injury free.
