I started going to the gym at 17 when the Doctor told me I was on the verge of getting obese.

No much muscle. Lose bit of fat around the waist but desperately in need of bulking up.

Get rid of the fat and build a body I am proud enough to take my top off in the beach.
Goal (Long):
I have never liked exercising, if there is a pill I can take and get a great body without the exercise I would be there to get it immediately. I know well this 'pill' does not exist. I have recently been doing a lot of cardio and clean up my diet a bit. I think I have reduce quite a lot of body fat and for the next stage, I would like to have : - defined, toned muscular body - visible 6 pack - much broader shoulders and arms - increase muscle strength - finish 10K under 50 minutes (currently 60) - body fat around 10-12 %
