Just finished a month of hard grind with cardio and weights and am pleased with the progress. It has been the hardest slog yet been really carefull with my meals and have been getting in five to six a day wich for me is amazing. Just put new pics up which show the progress  a bit of sun helps...

Whew! I thought I was neglecting you. LOL I am on a rollercoaster. Trying to stay focused by mentally fighting the ups and downs. Still strapped in the cart but it is definitely a hard ride. Lots of twists and turns. So whats your plan?

Thanks man, I haven't changed much since my last pics in October. Working on that though, clean eating is the hardest. I played one year of football in college last year, but not anymore.

Hmm American football sounds like fun. Trainings not bad, getting a bit of tone and muscle mass but still love my food to much.
