How I Started:
Well it really started when a best friend and i went halves on a bench and some weights. We set them up in his garage and enjoyed keeping fit listening to music and we did it because we loved it.
Why I Love It:
The fact i am changing in to the guy i have always wanted to be.

my self confidence. my son. And trying to look better than my brother its a friendly battle. And music

Been doing weights for a while now and i dont really watch my diet so am really gonna watch what i eat as need to shed some fat. I want to do a solid years body building to get as big as possible without getting fat.

Hey Jon your welcome my friend and its all good bro. yep fish was apart of my diet for my competition and especially salmon and snapper that and green beans. The only thing i found tough was the food was bland with just fish chicken and green veges . Worst was the egg whites lol Anywayz i will e mail ya diet when i first started okay . I had to sacrifice like having fun drinking with da boyz. I do let my hair down though but not crazy like though lol. Just set yourself small goals too, dont worry if u dont hit them first off the bat. Just work hard towards them.
Hi brutha its all good my friend. As far as when i first started i did lift alot of weight like heavy But when dieting for a competition my strength went down because of the reduce number of carbs . Basically the diet is the key really whether leaning out and losing bodyfat or bulking which is what im going to learn but eating clean. Hi Jon brutha yep me chillin with my best buddy and another friend too. just having a beer just one though lol I dont mind helping ya bro Ill e mail ya diet. I didnt too much HIT cardio If i did it would only between 20 -30 minutes But the rest would be walking . Therefore less chance of burning muscle. But now since my BF is so low I dont do any cardio at all. Hopefully next week ill start my bulking programme just need some more moo la or money lol How are ya doing? Hows the family also bro?
well there will be a lot of sight seeing when we are in NY for the first 3 days. And won't have the opportunity to REALLY cheat (although the wife wants to go to the Cheesecake Factory, ugh), but the 2 days after that we are going to Atlantic City. There won't be alot of walking then.

Things are going okay, my quads are killing me still from Saturdays workout. Other than that things are good. Trying to be as strict with my diet as possible. Going on vacation in 2 weeks so that will be a challenge to stay on focus. Hope you are having a great day!
Thanks bro! I think I have come a long way with my mental well being lately. It doesn't hurt that this charity means something to me. They helped me a long time ago when I was pretty much homeless so this is my way to give back.
