I want to lower my body fat and gain muscle.
Goal (Long):
I want to lower my body fat from 20% to around 10-12%. From then, I'd clean bulk until I am satisfied, and I'll cut from there. It is just a bulking/cutting cycle...hopefully it'll all pay off.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 15 lb

12%
