Have you ever had a lifting injury?
Where do you mainly workout?
Why? What are the pros and cons of working out there?
People tend to take your equipment since I use several pieces at one time during a Crossfit workout.
What should look for in a gym? What should you avoid?
In Crossfit, you only need a barbell w/weights, pullup bar, kettlebell, med. ball, rings and just a couple other pieces.

Hey Jon! Good to meet you too. Hey,"It All Depends!" but I think CrossFit is maintaing your obvious leanness. I am forever this size (~117-119 lbs.) unless I lift heavier and eat MORE. To lift more, I worked on my strength. I know you CAN gain your desired lean muscle. Just my humble opinion. *smile*
