How I Started:
Basically I always admired guys with huge body's. Watching The Terminator as a child I seen Arnie and how amazing he looked. I started goin to the gym with my dad, but only done cardio. I was 6'2" and weighed aobut 155lbs. I hated being skinny and getting called "lanky" in school really pissed me off, so i decided to do something about it. I started going to the gym twice a week and lifting weights with no knowledge. After many hours of research on workouts and nutrition i came up with a simple but effective workout/diet plan. I realized that I had to go to the gym to get bigger for rugby aswell. I was hooked!
Why I Love It:
It gives me great self-confidence and I love the feeling i get when i come out the gym. It also helps me alot to be better at rugby.
How I Stay Motivated:
My dad is very supportive. He drives me to and from the gym anytime I want. He motivates me a lot. I'm also motivated when i see guys in the gym who are bigger than me. When I see them i think, "I'm gona be bigger than that guy!!"
BB Accomplishments:
None so far, but watch this space, you never know what might happen!!

This is my current workout plan and seems to be working pretty well. On most compound exercises (bench, deadlift squat etc..) I use pyramid sets with 4 sets of 10 then 8 then 6 then 4 reps, increasing the weight each time. Make sure you fail at each set and always utilize a spotter when...
