Overall Goal: Increase my cardiovascular capabilities 10 fold and create an all round well developed physique consisting of nothing but quality muscle.. is that too much to ask?

Fit Status:
Having just adopted a dog has changed the routine in my life but im slowly working out times to train and gain this muscle I need.
Always enjoyed an active lifestyle through playing squash, football (soccer) and various other sports, but struggled from asthma throughout my earlier years. I started because I wanted to get a better physique and improve my cardiovascular fitness and bodybuilding helps me achieve both of these goals. It also helped with my fitness for my goal of becoming a Police Officer. Perhaps maybe even compete one day. Who knows.
Why I Love It:
Watching my body transform no matter how small the train. Enjoy the teamwork and friendships you develop through training partners and other gym enthusiasts.
How I Stay Motivated:
Checking out other peoples progress and watching videos such as Pumping Iron. Some amazing bodies and people on this site. Keep it up!

Thanks brother, I appreciate it! Remember, if you want to ,quality muscle, you need to first build strength. Get stronger on your staple lifts (deadlifts, squats, bench, military prs) and the muscle will always follow. At least that's my two cents worth, it's worked for me for almost 20 yrs. I'll be visiting Italy for a week, Germany and Holland for the other! I would love to visit the UK too, always watch the travel channel with shows about the UK. Gonna get me some fish 'n'chips right right ;)
