Realized I was grossly overweight (285+) and that simply wasn't acceptable for long term health.
Why I Love It:
1)Stress release
2)Regimentation
3)Overall well being
How I Stay Motivated:
I look at other physicians and students and wonder how they can make the recommendations they do without living that lifestyle themself.
BB Accomplishments:
Lost 118lbs, regained 30 w/ minimal fat gain.

Worse day in the NHL was when they put the 2 teams in different conferences.
