i work out 6 days a week. mon wed fri hitting my chest, all parts of arms, all back and sholders taking about 2 hours. tues thrus and saturday i work all parts of my legs, and abs taking about 45 mins. i do a mile job about 4 times a week and i ahve no trouble keeping my body fat where i want...
Have been down with a cold for about a week but made it out on the 10 speed today. Thighs have looked pumped all day! I ride for about 30-45 minutes so the circulatory system gets a good workout in addition to the legs.

I was just checking your leg pic. It looks like we have very similar builds. My legs are long and muscular too. I recently started on the 10 speed bike and this has helped make them thicker especially the quads and inner thighs.

NO Xplode IS awesome if expensive! , I've got some scary pecs, biceps and triceps pumps with it! There is a lot a particulate in it (you take a couple of big scoops per dose the constituents of which are a mystery to me - anything to git big, right? haha!). Main deterrent is the expense. STS's Pro Night Activator has the same ingredients Frank Zane put into his vascularity formula. I use that daily and get a good pump when I work pecs delts and arms.
Yea I would stick with normal pull-ups. I never understood the head in front. By keeping your head in the back you are also working rear delts. Make sure you are going all the way up and down with a fluid motion. do em slowly and feel the stretch at the bottom and top. I would wait for the weight vest until you can do 2-3 sets of 10-12.
