sux to hear about your back. Going back to school? Thats sounds pretty cool, especially the gym credit. I reside in medford, OR. It's pretty cool here imo. Went rafting the rogue yesterday (Rogue River). What a blast that was lol. Heading up to Washington next week to the Gorge. Listening to Dave Mathews play. Vacation? How was it? My roomy and i are heading up to George, WA next month to the "Gorge". Going to listen to some dave mathews. It will be our first trip North of Portland lol. Still doing the gym thing? Any good progress? Good diet? I've crashed lol. For like 3 weeks or so now. :(

My mom came in town 4 a few weeks. We took a 3 day roadtrip. I had cookies and potatoe chips, man it was bad lol. I sat n the back gorging myself with snack cakes lol. Man that stuff is good though. Soda pops and nutter butters. Mmmm

Oh one more thing, I was reading the V8. It says a little over 46 oz. will provide all the daily intake of fruits and vegetables i should need. Is this a good substitute for my fruits and vegies for the most part?

Diabetis runs in the family so I figure sugar isn't good anyways. Once i figure how much sugar is acceptable for me, i'll start on: Carbs or total fat intake? Cheers

You take vitamins? I just started on some One a days. Seems like i get some pretty good energy from them. Also someone somewhere said something about drinking V8 juice. The grocery store had a good deal so i got like 3 of them. 10g sugar per serving. Is that alot? Think I'm going to focus on my sugar intake first.

Yeah Muscle Tech is some pretty good protein to my understanding lol. One, half serving a day should last a while. I'm only 148 lbs lol. Should get the most out of it. I'll slowly increase my protein intake as i start lifting heavier.

Get Carbs in before noon. Right on i'll do that. It's cool because i don't drink soda pops lol. I would think those have alot of carbs in them. Lol what flavor is your protein mix? Mine is Cookies and Creme. The flavor makes the difference in my opinion lol. Cheers
