I have a lot of work to do man, Been sorta on and off as well but have been motivated to just really go for it! I got a longs ways to go but I think I am ready for it now! Always been chubby and I am ready to change my body!

um on carbs tha simple math is 1 gram per pound of body weight to loos weigt 2 to maintain and three to gain so ive read

you can gain size wituot the fat just keap your diet clean you will get there you may have to ajust youre intake till you find the rite levil have you tride cikling in your carbs so to days will be low then ahigh day and so forth ?

Hey thanks for the advice. Going to be getting on the treadmill ALOT but i will be doing sprint drills primarily. I will be posting my workouts starting tommorow. Fell free to take a look and see what you think.

any how then drive hard and lift around 6 reps you wont gain fat what i do before i max is take 4 to 6 weeks to get ready going heaver each week so start with 8 reps one week then go down to reps a week and go heavier so it is hard toget your reps at the end wen you get to one rep it wont strain your ligements as much this is my advise becouse you have been dieting fore a year o yea GET IT!
