My Workout Philosophy View My Full Workout Philosophy

I use a mix powerful strength days and separate bodybuilding days. Something like A PHAT routine or PHUL.

I whole heartedly believe in continuing to hit pr's and build strength through a cut. You should never make an excuse for becoming weaker. Just lift the weight! I'm at my lowest calorie intake right now I think I've ever been on but I still train like a beast with no excuses.

ucejuice Shoulder tendonitis is definitely no good! Second week dealing with it. I miss my incline bench :-(

ucejuice I ended up using different training programs but adjusted my diet to bulk. Not the cleabest or strictest bulk but im not too worried about it. Kris Gethins program really got me started in the gym though and now I just eat a ton.... We'll see how well this works when I dexide to cut next year sometime. Jul 17, 2012 12:11am

guest hey, noticed your comment about starting the Gethin 12 programme from scratch as soon as you finished week 12. Was wandering if you continued following the programme fully or did you change the cardio or diet to suit bulking? I was considering continuing the programme at day 1 after finishing week 12 myself but was unsure whether I should introduce fruits and nuts for health reasons like Kris Gethin advises in one of the vids?
