I use a mix powerful strength days and separate bodybuilding days. Something like A PHAT routine or PHUL.
I whole heartedly believe in continuing to hit pr's and build strength through a cut. You should never make an excuse for becoming weaker. Just lift the weight! I'm at my lowest calorie intake right now I think I've ever been on but I still train like a beast with no excuses.
