How I Started:
I had always been fat from elementary school and desperately wanted to change. So in highschool I started lifting weights for fun.
Why I Love It:
Love the adrenaline rush and the ever evolving changes that the body goes through.
How I Stay Motivated:
Reading the forums and seeing that other people are going through what I am. Seeing the changes in myself (mentally and physically). Compliments.

Making sure you stay focused, setting small goals and reaching them is the easiest way to achieve the greater goals in life. With your body, work or whatever. Set goals you can reach, this will give you the will power to keep going.
