its a learning thing, trying to train smart (especially when recovering from illness) and get the best nutrition. ill get back in shape soon..

taining is going well, struggling with the new gym set up tho, it changed whilst I was away, took a load of weights and benches saying they wanted to focus the gym towards 'fitness' not BB. not entirely sure what that means, only lifting 3 days a week to begin and, training with girlfriend, who competes, so that helps,
A recurring back problem can be a pain, had problems when I played football. Fixed it with a good physio and acupuncture, got any show coming up?
