How I Started:
I needed to gain strength after surgery started using weights, running and such to recover.oh yeah and i was a dorky kid who could get a girlfriend...
Why I Love It:
Escapism, i can can hide from the stress for a while and think though any problems. There is also the sense of achievement, personal development and the rewards that come from looking better and being healthier. Then there is feeling of belonging, i may not be the biggest or strongest in the gym but its MY gym, I train there, I work there. sweet.
How I Stay Motivated:
as i get older, i feel more determined to stay on top of my physical attitude. i have always been in shape, as a runner or football player, i never gave in. I'm not about to start now. Age is irrelevant, attitude make the man.
