well I have been in this field for the pass 10 yrs. When I first started I was in my early 20's man i feel old by saying that. Haaahaha. Anyway I was thin about 177 with 13 % body fat and now am 30 at 23%. and weight 200ibs. all i just want to do is get back to 185 and have 36 inch waist. ...
