Overall Goal:  I started working out a couple of years ago with a starting weight of 174 lbs. As of now I'm up to 215 lbs. I want to compete in my first show with around 185 lbs lean mass. That's been my goal since I've started.

How I Started:
I went to my first show to watch and was amazed at how someone could transform their body without any steroids or illegal substances.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling it gives you. If I miss a day it's terrible.
How I Stay Motivated:
Always have a goal set. Short and long term goals. My long term goal is to eventually do a show when I feel like I am ready.
