Book #1 is underway!
"Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance" by Robert M. Pirsig -- concludes on September 21

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
Almost everything is 8-12 reps because that's what has been proven by science to typically lead to best muscle hypertrophy. I do intend on trying shorter rep schemes such as 4-6 in the future.

How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
Well, let's see I usually go to the gym and workout hard. My split includes legs, chest/shoulders, back/traps, bi's/tri's. Most exercises are 8-15 reps with 3-4 sets.
Thanks for rating my pics...Hopefully I can turn those 8s and the 9 into all 10s by the end of the recomp contest in July. Any ideas on what to improve or hints on how to go about it?
