Been dabbling off and on for years, never got serious until 2007. But then life threw me a speedbump which sidetracked me, and I lost all progress that I had made, but now I am more commited than I have ever been.
Why I Love It:
Love the way I feel after a good workout. love having more energy! I've never been afraid of working up a good sweat. I am a tall girl, and not built like a 'delicate flower'. I want to be more comortable in my skin. I have always felt big and gawky around other women. Working out makes me feel strong, not akward.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look at my husband and son and want to make sure that I do all that I can be with them with for as LONG as I can. I want my husband to look at me and have his eyes absoultely pop out of his head. I want to be the 'hot mom', not the 'frumpy mom'.
BB Accomplishments:
Completed a 10-week Boot Camp program at the gym. Dropped 31 pounds and just about 4% of my body fat.
I made it!! Half way! Woohoo!! 43 pounds gone!mmNow I just have to do it all again! I am soo psyched! I did the happy dance all the way back to my car after leaving Jenny Craig! :-)
Thats not an issue my friend,holidays are part as well,have fun during yur holidays and kill it in the gym again wen u are back,by the way thats a very impressive drop down of weight,how long have u been working out for,cos yur progress pics just swept me off my feet :)
