got fed up with how i looked and how people saw me .... and i wanted to change

its an escape from everything else. plus ... everytime i work out i get closer to my goals

focus on my goals and improving my life in general. plus ... my boy wont let me slack off.

Transform My Body

i want to become fit, healthy and happy!

ok this is alot different from anyone elses goals that i have read so far, but here it goes ay... ok well my life is a shamble and im going to fix it! i dont know the exact date i want to have it done by or the exact weight or measurements i want to be, but i have an image in my mind that i am determined to be and i will settle for nothing less. my self confidence is extremely low, and i have been negative in the past but i have turned that around and i feel sexy and proud of myself .. i am actually starting to achieve my goals and it feels incredible. i dont look in the mirror and feel like a blob anymore. i finaly got a job and a gym membership in march 2007. i have lost body fat and gained muscle.. my edurance and physical ability has changed quite a bit indeed but to me, its not good enough yet... i will be the best =)

Why I like this video: ok so its not a body building vid .. and i may not be religious but this vid means alot to me. and always gives me a smile on my face, what do you think of it? im waiting for my goals to come true.
