So..... Its been a long time since I have visited this website. Since my last visit I have not followed my diet plan and I have not stuck to my workout program. Quick update, I am now married and back in school to obtain my bachelors in Criminal Justice. I work full time and watch my daughter...

I train 3X a week, all excercises are compound movements. I do fullbody workouts, 4X5. I train 5-10 minutes on the eliptical at 133bpm before and after my workouts.
