I started doing it just to be active, but really started taking it seriously last deployment. I'm now getting back into it, now that I'm deployed again.
Why I Love It:
Makes me feel good about myself and helps wiht the stress.
i dont think ur job gives out days off very easily :( thanks for asking..i hit 6 out of the 7 leg machines i use and then the lower back machine..my upper body still prefers the baby weights..pretty frustrating!!
