How I Started:
I was in 10th grade, I was 6 feet tall and weighed 130 pounds. I was a wrestler and needed some more muscle bad. Had to bulk up.
Why I Love It:
I love the pump, I love accomplishing new personal best goals, to look good and feel good.
How I Stay Motivated:
Searching the internet about lifting, reading Flex, talking with friends about lifting, reading my lifting log to see my progress.
BB Accomplishments:
None really, I won a bench press contest 181 lb in Gainesville, GA back in 2002.
